Extract the E367Update_11.810.09.20.00.B726(1).zip and Run the Firmware Update.

It will give Message “firmware update successfully” .May sure that your not running any modem dashboard software in the PC, while this process or firmware update may fail.


Then extract UTPS16. and Run the Dashboard Update.

Follow the instruction by accepting or click “OK “.

After the installation of dashboard now extract click on huawei-unlocker.exe

Here select the COM Port of your modem .Then just go to Operation->Unlock->E367

Then just wait and couple of time it will prompt for above msg, just make sure by going to Control Panel->System->Device Manager in the PC.


When Finish it will give above msg .So the de-branding is done. Now u can use modem for any SIM card.
